Application of parcel, luggage, cargo.
The application for the parcel is made by the recipient or sender of the parcel. You can apply on the home page, by phone or on social networks.
When applying on our page, you must tick the box in the "Agreed to The Conditions of Transportation" section, and also specify:
The sender's name, surname,
The full address of the sender,
The sender's phone number,
Weight and parcel options
From where and where you would like to send your parcel
The cargo that is claimed to be shipped during the flight may not be accepted. Get in touch on the phone for more information.
Packing parcels, luggage, cargo.
The user of our services must pack the parcel properly.
The contents of the parcel must be packaged in the appropriate size, and during transportation it should not move freely in the package. And it is also necessary to take into account the type of packaging in accordance with the weight of the parcel.
TVs, computers, electronics, glass and easily beating objects must be packed into the original limbi identical to the original packaging so that they are not affected by transportation.
The courier is not responsible for sending packaged packages not properly.
The sender must stick a sheet on the packaging or write a permanent marker:
- The recipient's name and surname
The full address of the recipient
- Recipient's phone number
Delivery/receiving cargo, courier mail parcels or personal luggage.
If the phone number listed in the application is out of range, is not available, the answering machine is on for a long time, or is busy, the courier has the right not to go to the address of the sender or recipient specified in the application.
If there is no one at the address and no one to accept the parcel, the parcel will be delivered to the warehouse or back to the sender. For re-delivery to the address of the recipient is charged a fee on which the courier and the recipient agree.
Packages in England can be delivered or received at the recipient or sender during the day, evening or night, depending on how busy the courier is on the flight.
Payment for services.
The service fee is calculated for the total volume and weight of cargo, parcel or luggage.
Payment for the service of the sender/recipient can be made in cash when transferring or receiving parcels or bank transfers (account with details) before delivery of the parcel.
The parcel is delivered to the recipient only after payment of the service in full. If the sender or recipient has not paid for the service, the parcel is delayed until the 100% payment for the services provided is received according to the agreement.
In cases where the sender or the recipient has not paid for the services provided for any reason, and the parcel is not taken from the courier office within 30 calendar days of the due date, the courier has the right to alienate the contents of the parcel, transfer it to the sale, destruction or act otherwise, to eliminate further losses as a result of the storage of cargo, parcel of courier mail or luggage.
The sender's responsibility.
The sender is liable for damages and damages caused by the shipment of such goods or parcels of luggage transferred by the sender, which contain items prohibited for shipment, or for which the non-conforming packaging is used for the parcel or included in it (see Article 48 of the Post Office Act of the Republic of Latvia).
The sender is liable for the following losses and harms:
For direct losses caused to parcels of other Courier customers;
- for damages caused by the Courier's property
For the harm caused to the employees of the Courier-Mail.
Restrictions on cargo, parcels!!!
In the contents of the cargo, parcels are forbidden to place:
- money, jewellery or other valuables (you need to negotiate with the courier separately)
Narcotic and psychotropic substances;
- any kind of medicines (tablets, vials, powders, etc.);
Items or substances that are not allowed to be imported or traffic in the countries of receipt;
Cigarettes, tobacco, cigarillos, cigars and other tobacco products in any quantity;
Alcoholic beverages, including beer;
Items or substances that are not allowed to be removed from the Republic of Latvia or trafficking in the Republic of Latvia;
Explosive, flammable, radioactive, rapidly spoiling biological and infectious substances;
Firearms, ammunition, cold weapons or their imitations;
- rapidly spoiling food and other items, items and substances that are prohibited under the requirements of Article 24 of the Postal Act and which are subject to special circumstances, temperature regime, formalities and documentation.
The right to check cargo, parcels.
By transferring the parcel to the courier, the sender agrees that the courier or any other public agency of the European Union, including customs and other security agencies, can check the contents of the cargo, the parcel is also without the presence of the sender or recipient for the duration of the shipment, baggage, under the terms of The 14th and 26th article of the Postal Act.
The contents of the cargo and parcels are carried out selectively, as well as in cases where it is suspected that the parcel contains prohibited items, substances or animals, according to the list of prohibited items and substances mentioned in the 24th paragraph of the Postal Act. Checking the contents of the parcel is carried out in accordance with the rules of KM No. 493"Order, in which the postal merchant opens postal parcels, takes out from postal parcels prohibited for transportation of items, substances or animals, destroys them or acts with them in any way."
Other rules.
The sender agrees that the courier or any other institution has the right to check the contents of the parcel without the presence of the sender or recipient as established in article 53 of the Law on Mail of the Republic of Latvia. An application with a claim is submitted to the Courier in accordance with the regulations of the Republic of Latvia. If the deadline for submitting the claim is not met, the Courier is exempt from any liability.
All disputes and claims are resolved through negotiations orally or in writing. If a negotiated agreement is not reached within 30 (thirty) calendar days, the dispute is considered in the established regulations.
